                          Wetting Agent EMUL GR-C

EMUL GR-C is specifically designed for jetting and overflow systems as low-foam wetting agent and detergent.

Product Characteristic

1. The product will produce foam below 60℃, above 60℃, no foam will be produced.

2. Excellent wetting and scouring performance.

3. Do not contain any solvents.

4. Bath ratio can 1:5-1:10, can prepare and store solution with cold water.

5. Do not contain alkyl phenol ethoxylates (APEO)

Chemical and physical parametere&Application

Guide formulations:

Wetting and pre-cleaning: 0.2 - 1.0 g/l EMUL GR-C

Post-soaping of dyed fabrics like vat dyes, reactive dyes, azo dyes and other dyes:

0.3 - 1.0 g/l EMUL GR-C

0.5 - 1.0 g/l soaping agent

Cotton knitted fabrics H2O2 bleaching:

0.3 - 0.8g/l EMUL GR-C

0.5 - 1.0g/l Dispersing chelating agent

0.8 - 1.0g/l softener

3.0 - 4.0g/l Sodium solution, 36°Bé

4.0 - 7.0g/l 30% H2O2

Bleaching temperature: 95-98℃, process 45-60 minutes.

HT-bleaching: 120℃ process 20 minutes.

Storage & Packing

Storage stability: 12 months.

Storage & Transport: Thermal stability

The product has change when be stored below 3℃, can be contionously used after heating and stirring.
