Silicone Oil Softener

  Silicone oil softener. Material be divided into methyl silicone oil and ternary copolymerized silicone oil. Methyl silicone oil is traditionally based on solid content, the highest is 80%, but it is not absolute standard.

   The block ternary copolymerized silicone oil is generally 50-60% content, but the 50% effect is same as 80% effect. The hydrophilic silicone oil is been divided into 2 kinds of hydrophilic fluffy and hydrophilic smooth. Above highest concentrated product price is about  5 time dilution

Application:

•  Be suitable for polyester, cotton and blended fabrics, also can be for soft finishing of yarn,  sweater, socks and other fabrics.
• Can be used for dyeing mills and washing plants.

1)   Impart a smooth, fluffy, soft resilient hand feeling of polyester, cotton, hemp and blended fabrics.

2)   Good alikali-resisting, salt-resisting and hard water-resisting.

3)   Certain hydrophily and low yellowing.
