GR-Z102 is a paper-making degassing, which can effectively remove air of fiber in paper-making system, in favor of improve process conditions, decrease paper-making speed. The product also can promote dehydration, increase retain, enhance degree of sizing and guarantee paper machine safe operation and other functions.

Feature

1. Remove air. It has the function of remove air at 80-90%, which can be also effected at 30-50%.

2. Promote dehydration. It removes air of paper stock, thus removes obstacles produced by gas, make the moisture of drier entrance decrease 2-3%.

3. Increase retain. Since the removal up headbox, retention increase by 3-5%.

4. Enhance degree of sizing.

5. Improve product quality. It has effects like, reduce needle eyes,improve voidage and evenness.

6. Be in favor of paper machine safe operation, enhance paper-making speed, improve waste water processing station and settling pond.

Application method

1.  Can use Stone or dilute solution.

2.  Appropriate dosage is 0.02-0.1% of dry paper stock without adverse effects on product degree of sizing.

Attention matters

   1.  Product should be stored in a cool place, and can not be frozen. According to order of  storage when using.

   2.  If there is paste during storage, it can be removed through stir.
