High Temperature Amylase

Product profile

High temperature desizing enzyme GR-M108 is an amylase enzyme be used in textile desizing process, which can work under high temperature, can hydrolyze  α -1.4 glucoside bond in a random form, and decompose starch into short-chain dextrin and oligosaccharides rapidly. GR-M108 can break down the starch on fabrics、starch derivatives and mixed slurry of starch/ synthetic pulp, rapidly converse starch to dextrin, which can be removed in the subsequent washing thoroughly.

Product property

Appearance: brown or tawny liquid (color do not influence product activity and effect)

Environmental protection property: without any APEO, AOX and other prohibited ingredients.

Application                        

1. Temperature: application temperature is 60℃-100℃, can be high to 100℃, the best is 70～85℃.

2. Stability of PH: applicable PH is 5.5～7.5

3. The effect of Calcium ion concentration to enzyme activity: calcium have improved effect on stability of enzyme activity.

4. Dosage

The optimum dosage of enzyme depends on desizing conditions、slurry components and fabric types. In general, it can achieve satisfactory results when the dosage is 1 to 3g/l.

5. Rolling over rate: 95～100％. Suitable for rolling heap, jigger to padding crawler box and other desizing processes.

Packing & Storage

1. 30KGS/DRUM

2. Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight. The enzyme maintains its activity not less than identified activity when stored at normal temperatures ( 25℃) for 6 months. Avoid long-term storage at above 30℃.
