Application

The comparison between traditional process and multi-effect enzyme process:

Traditional typical technique like oxygen polishing and dyeing of knitwear:

1) Bleach-washing-acid- deoxidize (deoxidize enzyme)-washing-adjust pH-polishing(polishing enzymes)-add alkali-warming(inactivated)-drainage-acid-dyeing

Multi-effect enzyme technology:

1) Bleach-washing-acid--multi-effect enzyme treatment and begin dyeing

2) Bleach-washing-acid--multi-effect enzyme treatment-dyeing

Above technology shows that GR-M103 decrease process technology significantly, reduce waste water drainage, improve production efficiency.

Four. Compatibility

Deoxidized polishing multi-effects enzyme GR-M103 will lose activity when the alkalinity is higher than 9; reactive dyes have no effects on it, other chemicals may have an impact on its effectiveness, so the compatibility should be tested before mass production.

Five. Storage

Store in airtight containers and be away from direct sunlight. Deoxidized polishing multi-effects enzyme maintains its activity not less than identified activity when stored at normal temperatures ( 25℃) for 3 months.
