Leather soften enzyme of our company  is a safe soften enzyme mainly by trypsin, it can mildly open leather fiber structure, clear scurf, increase leather softness and tear strength, is suitable to produce very elastic, grain meticulous tight leather. Due to its good cushioning, it is flavor to keep PH value stable during deliming and soften process.

it can used for any type leather soften process. Not only can use for soft leather soften, but can used for mid-grade soft leather soften as its properties of safety and uniformity. It increase leather skin acreage, reduce leather thickness, give leather clean, smooth and uniform process .

Application

1. Adding deliming agent firstly, rotating 20-60 minutes, then add soften enzyme GR-M406.
2. Temperature: 32°C-38°C.
3. PH value: 7-9, optimum 8.0.
